Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
